The project focuses on advanced website design and user interface with dynamic elements, allowing for customization of modals regarding typeface, color, and size. The platform must feature native video support for both school-level homepages and high-engagement video zones on the district homepage.

Key requirements include intelligent navigation capabilities where administrators can modify navigation menus for both district and individual school sites. An AI-driven website attendant must be available, offering context-aware conversations, understanding user intent, and delivering human-like interactions.

Accessibility is critical, with all templates and designs required to meet current ADA standards, including compliant header fonts and appropriate homepage color contrasts. Content publishing controls should prevent the release of pages with critical accessibility errors. The backend must include a robust document management system for uploading, tagging, sorting, and migrating content, as well as secure authentication through Google SSO for staff logins.

The project also involves secure web hosting and maintaining a live database of authorized users. The contract term for these services is five years.
