(1) Vendor needs to provide web, mobile, waste and recycling search tool.– The tool must be customizable to support our local needs, and include features such as a searchable waste directory, collection schedule and various collection service requests• Distribute consistent and current information across jurisdictions about proper waste disposal, recycling and organics;• Enable residents and businesses to search for where to locally and properly dispose of waste• Support contamination reduction efforts and increase quality and quantity of recyclable materials.• Conduct contract administration including invoice processing and payments.• Provide a designated agency contact to act as project lead and coordinator.• Customize messaging on the tool to satisfy the needs of the community.• Maintain database of information to ensure accuracy.• Work with the Contractor to resolve any issues with the tool.– Management Approach• Billing and invoicing.• On–going customer/technical support.• Software updates/improvements.• Data analysis.• Data security and protection of user privacy.• GIS data and hauling routing incorporation/data transfers.• Communication with the County and Regional Partners (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
