An agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide web hosting and maintenance services for CounselorMax and Online Reporting Services (ORS). The contractor will be responsible for managing hosting services and data center operations, including telecommunications infrastructure, administration of operating systems and SQL Server databases, regular data backups, availability and performance monitoring, automated log analysis, and both network and host-based security services. Additional responsibilities include incident response, DNS hosting, SSL certificate management, remote access VPN provisions, synchronization to an ORS replica server via secure ODBC connection, and comprehensive vulnerability scanning.

The required hosting environment consists of dedicated Windows Server 2022 or newer platforms, with SQL Server 2019 or later, ensuring capability for current and projected transaction volumes and sufficient storage for database growth.
