(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosting and maintenance services.– Agency is seeking a vendor to manage hosting services and data center services for CounselorMax and Online Reporting Services (ORS) including telecommunications, operating system administration, SQL Server database administration, backups, availability and performance monitoring, automated log analysis, network security services, host–based security services, incident response, DNS hosting, SSL Certificates, remote access VPN, synchronization to ORS replica server with secure ODBC connection and vulnerability scanning.• Web Hosting Environments– Dedicated Windows Server environment with current OS (Windows Server 2022 or greater). ¿ SQL Server 2019 or greater, capable of handling the current transaction volume at the current growth rate, and sufficient storage space to accommodate the current database and database growth trajectory– The contractor shall also provide Windows dedicated or virtualized environments with IIS capable of handling the current transaction volume– Pre–production redundancy and failover environment– Testing Environment– Development environment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2025(3) Non mandatory Letter of Interest due no later than October 27, 2025
