(1) Vendor needs to provide development services using WordPress contract management system. • Web developer to build and develop an interactive geospatial repository containing information on all outdoor recreation amenities • The user–friendly interactive platform will allow anyone to discover what trails and outdoor places are available to visit across county with ease and will provide detailed information about each location allowing users to make an informed choice about which trails or spaces are best suited to their needs • Require the development of an application that can provide a solid database of comprehensive trails and outdoor spaces data for the county that can be filtered and searched in various ways including by categories such as walking trails, cycling trails, water activities, etc. • Creation and publication of a single geospatial repository in ArcGIS Online containing all of County Council’s outdoor recreation trails and venues • Configuration of the interactive map and web application on the Monaghan Tourism website, most likely within the Get Outdoors section of the website, to consume data from the single geospatial repository in ArcGIS Online, presenting it in a user–friendly way via the ArcGIS Esri mapping interface (replacing Google Maps), and liaise with the Council’s website developer to implement the integration • Application must be available in a mobile friendly version to support use on all portable devices. • Website is built from Wordpress, the resulting interactive map and web application must integrate successfully with this • Capacity to allow data be updated and amended in the CMS web application by staff maintaining the Tourism website as new activities and/or trails are developed in the future
