Vendor needs to provide web designer, software and marketing consultant professional services.– Design and maintain existing and new pages of the website.– Graphic design and CSS work to establish and maintain the website's look and– Design, develop and maintain interactive site features utilizing both technology and a working knowledge of the needs and internal systems.– Manage the website's content including copywriting, editing and updating text, graphics, video, etc.– Maintain the Borough's Freecycle program including the interactive submission feature and monthly directory.– Maintain online archives for various agendas and board/commission meeting minutes on website.– Assist in the creation of marketing materials for special events.– Develop, design and create content for the Borough's newsletter.
