An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive web design, development, and implementation services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The target audiences for this project include leisure consumers, meeting planners, travel agents, tour operators, partners, and journalists, spanning both domestic and international markets. The scope covers designing for a range of marketing channels, such as web, content marketing, native and social media, influencer campaigns, search, and display media.

The selected vendor should demonstrate expertise in digital strategy, project management, and ongoing optimization across web, email, and other digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on innovative, mobile-first design. Responsibilities include creative services, development of website widgets, templates, original graphics, typography, photography, videography, and website production from concept to launch. The vendor will also monitor website performance, provide optimization recommendations, implement SEO and content targeting strategies, conduct usability studies and analytics, and support CRM and content optimization activities.

Additionally, the vendor is expected to offer consultation on website and creative strategies, and deliver high-quality artwork and design templates for use on digital properties and external platforms. The contract for these services will be for a one-year term.
