(1) Vendor needs to provide web design and development services using Drupal content management system.– Modern, professional, and agency–aligned design with a visual identity that distinguishes– Interactive data visualization and Power BI integration– Implementation within agency existing CMS (which is Drupal), ensuring compatibility and sustainability– Full–text search across reports, findings, and resources– Documentation/manuals for CMS use, data visualization updates, and maintenance– Responsive design optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
