The City is seeking a comprehensive web-based and mobile work order and asset management software solution, designed to streamline service requests, automate work order processes, and enable full asset lifecycle management. The ideal system must provide an intuitive interface accessible to all City staff, including non-technical users, promoting efficient adoption and immediate operational improvements.

The selected consultant will be responsible for structured implementation support, encompassing onboarding, configuration, and thorough testing, as well as ongoing support after system launch. The consultant must establish clear procedures for troubleshooting and resolving implementation challenges related to software defects, configuration, data issues, system access, and workflow failures. A centralized issue log with status reporting will be maintained for transparency and effective project management.

Key system requirements include a mobile application for field staff that offers offline capability, real-time work order management, and tracking of labor, parts, and costs. The platform must integrate with GIS for visual location tracking of exterior assets and support the mapping of interior floor plans for precise asset location within facilities. Asset data entry and population into the new system are also required. Questions regarding this project must be submitted by February 12, 2026.
