Functions such as system maintenance notifications, issue resolution, and providing agency personnel secure access to ridership, billing, and contract-required reporting information are essential.

Further requirements include the provision of vehicles under month-to-month rental agreements, maintenance services, information on approved parking locations, monthly ridership and participation status updates for subsidy programs, annual activity reports, and the distribution of one fuel card per participating vanpool vehicle. The initial contract term will be for one year.
