(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based testing and tutoring appointment scheduling solution. • Provide a hosted, online, web–based scheduling solution that allows the testing centers to meet demands for service by providing easy and accessible student appointment scheduling for testing and tutoring services • Single Sign–On (SSO): Must support secure, standards–based SSO (e.g., LTI 1.3, SAML 2.0, or OAuth 2.0) to allow access directly from within Brightspace without separate login credentials. • Data Synchronization: Must automatically and securely sync essential data from Brightspace, including active course rosters, enrollments, and student/instructor identifying information. • Deep Linking/Embedded Access: Should allow instructors to embed direct links or access points within specific Brightspace course modules. • Online Exam Registration: Must provide a secure, full–featured, online platform for students to register and schedule exams 24/7 • Custom Event Registration: Must support the creation and control of custom registration events like orientation, workshops, and professional development activities (Event Scheduling). • Automated Communication: Must support automated email and Text (SMS) Notifications for students regarding receipts, appointment reminders, and changes. • Password protected – unique identifier for each student, instructor, administrator • System must be ADA Compliant • Solution must have mobile options allowing access to view and process data. • Solution should provide the ability to custom brand pages (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jan 7, 2026.
