(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based safety data sheet (SDS) database and chemical management system. Subscription to an on–line safety data sheet database system that can interface with the chemical inventory system. Provides the access to safety and handling data for chemical substances either in use or encountered during employees daily activities. The appropriate contract staff require access to the SDS and vendor sheet documents to identify and appropriately manage chemical substances either in the office, laboratory or field activities. A subscription to an on–line database of all available manufacturer’s safety data sheets (SDS) for commercially available chemicals. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
