(1) Vendor needs to provide road and asset manager software. • Safety and longevity of its infrastructure for the benefit of its citizens by leveraging advanced technological solutions for efficient and proactive road and asset management. • Comprehensive visual documentation and identification of damage to the Township’s roads. • Automated cataloging and identification of damage of Township assets, including, but not limited to, manholes, roadway signs and storm–sewer inlets. • Automated data collection via smartphones or other sensors that can be owned by the Township and easily mounted on Township vehicles. • Rapid and efficient automated data collection and analysis. • Flexible and efficient options for communicating and exporting data. • Recommended roadway improvements prioritization based on objective data and analysis. • Ability to customize an interface with other software currently deployed by the Township (Geographic Information Systems, Spatial Data Logics). • Directly generate and send data, images, and tasks, via email; • Generate printable reports and other documents; • Export data in Excel file format, including but not limited to condition reports by geo–coordinate and roadway segment. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
