California seeks a vendor for a web-based reservations and recreation management system supporting park district operations.
(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based reservations and recreation management system.– Solution shall support and track the following functions including:– Reservation requests and availability validation– Establishment and enforcement of business rules– Recording, tracking, and maintaining reservation data– Customer care (check–in, cancellations, etc.)– Contact Center services– Website services– Support automated and manual communications based on user profile preferences.– Provide contact center services and implement appropriate operational processes, staffing levels, and management oversight to ensure compliance with all contract center functionality.– Provide a secure, fully functioning website to support park district reservations and purchases.– Provide a web–based chat service to connect users with customer service representatives (csr) for inquiries and website assistance, chat shall not be used for sales.– Solution system must provide a recourse for a user experiencing a disconnect between the solution and the cashiering app popup.– Public customer builds a cart of fees on a public website associated with the solution.– The public customer clicks pay for my cart and they are redirected to teller’s online payment website.– Send electronic communications only to customers who have opted in, using their preferred delivery method.– Support pre–recorded automated outgoing calls and text messages, with the ability to make rapid changes to alerts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
