The product shall provide an end–user self–registration interface that is configurable by a Government administrator with no mediation from the vendor required and that allows end users to register for sub–accounts. The product shall provide a reporting module as part of the administrative interface. The system shall provide the ability to access online clinical reference resources across multiple government approved devices (e.g. Government–approved workstations, mobile devices, etc.).
