(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based point of care software. • Web–based point–of–care clinical reference and decision support software system, to provide a clinical reference and decision support software system for providers throughout the health service. • The point–of–care resource software system shall be an evidence–based, physician–authored clinical reference and decision support resource which clinicians trust to make the right point–of–care decisions. • Resource shall use a rigorous editorial process to synthesize the most recent medical information into trusted, evidence–based recommendations that are proven to improve patient care and quality. • Resource shall allow access to answers to clinical questions quickly and easily.
