(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based payment modernization, mobile wireless payment systems, unified cash management, and treasury integration solution.– Fully replace fragmented, department–specific, and vendor–controlled payment systems with one standardized platform.– Mobile wireless payment acceptance via mobile readily handheld available devices.– Digital wallet, Online payment portal, and peer–to–peer platform support, must be able to accept Googlepay, Applepay, Venmo, Paypal, Wires, all major Credit Cards.– Mandatory integration with Munis ERP and other system platforms.– System must eliminate operational fragmentation, reduce administrative burden, and enable standardized, transparent, scalable financial operations across the city.– Implement a turnkey, unified, enterprise–grade payment ecosystem.– Mobile terminals: Ruggedized handheld devices capable of 4G/5G/LTE and Wi–Fi connectivity.– Capability for instant digital receipts (SMS/Email) and portable Bluetooth printer integration.– Web–based interface for back–office staff to process mail and phone payments.– Dynamic QR code generation for on–the–spot scanning and payment via constituent mobile devices.– Secure SMS links allowing constituents to pay invoices instantly.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
