Web-Based Paratransit Management Software

This project seeks a vendor to deliver a web-based paratransit management software solution for a department in Wisconsin. The new system will replace the current transportation routing and scheduling platform (Route Match), aiming to enhance route optimization, increase staff efficiency, facilitate management of drivers and volunteers, ensure rider safety, and satisfy comprehensive reporting requirements.

Key functionalities include a client database able to store full identification details, contact information, disability status, mobility aids, and other client-specific data. The software must support user-customizable trip purposes, effective dispatching with integrated communication between reservation and scheduling functions, graphic display of routes, and robust dispatch performance reports. The system should permit efficient trip booking and reservations while minimizing duplicate entries, and offer both fully automated and manual scheduling modes, including support for batch processing of reservations.

Additional requirements include tools for dispatchers to proactively manage service metrics such as no-shows, cancellations, and late trips; vehicle and fleet maintenance tracking with notifications for routine service needs; and web-based interfaces throughout.
