(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based online tax sale hosting platform.– Detailed online instructions on how to utilize the website.– Ability to obtain and electronically submit forms, bidder information Sheets.– Help desk for tax collectors and bidders through the internet, e–mail and at least one toll–free number.– Web–based training, including online tutorials, for both bidders and municipal officials responsible for administering the sale.– Dedicated telephone hotline available for use by tax collectors until the sale's Completion.– Online display of winning bids immediately upon the auction's completion.– Vendor's website free–of–charge without requiring registration or membership prior to viewing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
