New York municipalities are seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based online assessment database along with related professional services. The goal is to facilitate the dissemination of assessment and property tax information for all properties within participating municipalities.

The vendor will deliver a centralized, web-based assessment data system capable of supporting data from both RPSV4 and RPS–Online sources. The system must enable the import, merger, and synchronization of multiple standalone municipal RPSV4 datasets into a unified interface. Features should include direct integration with parcel data from ESRI’s ArcGIS, access to current roll year assessment data, historical and current sales and deed references, tax mapping data with historical records, as well as tentative and final assessment rolls for each municipality. Additional requirements include access to property and school tax billing and payment history (both current and prior years), robust comparable property search functions, and tools to generate, display, print, and download comparable sales reports.

The solution must provide secure web hosting, high availability, strong data integrity, and secure access protocols. Ongoing troubleshooting and technical support will be required, alongside capabilities for daily updates by users and unlimited public user queries. The contract period for these services will be three years.
