(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based next generation client management system solution. • System development and modernization tasks includes architecture, data governance, interconnections, network and platform infrastructure, legacy source code, system security and web components. • New features and functionality must be designed and developed to integrate with the existing Azure commercial infrastructure. • Development to ensure backwards compatibility. • Modernization must be performed in phases. New capabilities must be deployed over time requiring the legacy system to stay in production until all aspects of the legacy system have been replaced. • Graphics and animation: the system must use purposeful graphics, charts, and animation to assist a user in taking an action, waiting for a result, providing instruction, alerting, or illustrating a given step in a process. • Dashboards: the system must provide dashboards that are clear, purposeful, user–centric, interactive and actionable. • Customization and personalization: the system must allow stakeholders to customize and/or personalize systems components. • Voice interfaces: if appropriate the system must use purposeful voice interface to receive information and to provide information. • Easy to read font: the system must use readable typefaces and avoid decreasing the font sizes to display too much information. • Smart forms: the system must provide smart forms and inputs with real–time validation. • Spellchecking: the system must provide built–in spellchecking capabilities in all text prompts and report building functionality.
