The organization is seeking a vendor to develop, implement, and support a web-based new integrated library system (ILS). The solution must provide a comprehensive, web-based interface compatible with major browsers and include a mobile-friendly design. A dedicated mobile app, as well as a responsive website for mobile devices, are required.
The ILS must be hosted and maintained by the proposer, utilizing a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model. All modules of the ILS should be integrated within a single staff client application. The proposed solution should support mobile circulation, inventory, and patron registration with integrated scanning and printing capabilities, ensuring seamless access and functionality from mobile devices such as iPads.
Additionally, the system must offer an online borrower registration tool and robust mobile solutions for key library operations. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2026.
