(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based location intelligence application. – Provide a web–based location intelligence application to support the diverse operational and planning needs. – The application must enable the measurement, analysis, and visualization of location–based patterns and trends across a wide range of geographies and assets within agency. – This system will provide valuable insights into visitor behaviors, land use dynamics, transportation patterns, and demographic trends. – Provide configurable features that can be tailored to the operational needs of individual departments. – User administration – Provide access to application data via user login and password access, APIs and support delivery of data to agency cloud or server storage environments. – The application should allow data to be queried, filtered, and analyzed based on agency–defined areas of interest. – The application shall support scenario modeling to evaluate potential impacts of changes in land use, transportation infrastructure, or policy decisions. – The application shall allow integration of agency–provided spatial and tabular datasets to support cross–cutting analysis and reporting. – Provide independent tenants for agency departments, allowing each department to maintain its own administrators, users, datasets, reports, configurations, and other resources without cross–tenant visibility or interference.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on March 2, 2026.
