(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based library event booking system.– A web–based, vendor hosted library event booking system to support the scheduling, management and promotion of library hosted events, programs, and room reservations for the Chesterfield Public Library.– Providing reservation data in a complete, real time, accessible, and reportable manner allowing the county to maximize availability, usage, and cost effectiveness of resources.– Project implementation, system requirements, and training support.– The proposed solution must operate in a SaaS or web–based, vendor hosted environment.– Provide a detailed description of the overall proposed solution with the identification of included, optional, and third–party applications, and plug–ins or extensions necessary to meet the functional requirements.– Service Level Agreements including SaaS components should be submitted with proposals, which identify normal support hours of operation, incident reporting procedures, response times, escalation standards, incident classifications, service level guarantees with penalties for non–compliance, and financial credit for unexpected system downtime.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
