The selected vendor will be responsible for project implementation, system requirements specification, and staff training support. Proposals should include a comprehensive description of the proposed solution, with clear identification of all included features, optional modules, and any third-party applications or necessary plug-ins to meet functional requirements.

Additionally, submissions must detail Service Level Agreements relevant to the SaaS components, specifying support hours of operation, incident response procedures, response times, escalation processes, incident classifications, service guarantees, and applicable remedies or credits for unexpected system downtime.
