A county in Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based interactive queuing management system (QMS) that is compatible with a variety of devices and supports multiple languages. The system must be fully hosted online, requiring no local servers or client installations, and should work seamlessly on tablets, PCs, touchscreen PCs, smartphones, and kiosks. Compatibility with the county’s existing network is essential, and the availability of Android and iOS applications is considered advantageous.

The QMS should enable customers to schedule, modify, or cancel appointments remotely through digital devices using a sign-up URL or QR code, or onsite via kiosk. Customers should have access to a virtual status page for tracking, managing, rescheduling, canceling, or checking in to their appointments, as well as receiving real-time updates and estimated wait times. Features should also include the ability for customers to check in and wait remotely, such as in their vehicles, and receive notifications via text, email, or phone call as their appointment approaches.

The system must provide real-time visibility of queue status on wall-mounted displays and personal devices, deliver notifications for upcoming service, and record all customer visit events, including wait times. Integration capabilities with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI are required, either directly or through APIs. The QMS should offer customer interfaces in English, Spanish, and Haitian-Creole, and allow staff to preview customer-facing views throughout the day. Dedicated customer service support for problem resolution is expected. The contract term will be for one year.
