(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based interactive map and virtual tours platform.– Provide a software as a service (SaaS) solution for interactive campus maps and virtual tours that will facilitate wayfinding and offer opportunity for prospective students to preview a visit to the campus virtually. – Provide combined and integrated service of digital campus maps and virtual tours.– The Solution must be an existing commercial package developed for higher education.– Keyboard navigable interactive map.– Lead generation form, which must integrate via API, webhook or secure export to CRM systems.– Tour builder CMS with the ability to add tour stop descriptions, media such as narration, photos and videos.– External links main navigation buttons to main campus site, e.g., Apply, ability to add links on the map or descriptions.– Ability to display events on interactive map platform.– CMS or admin dashboard for managing events, users and media.– Compatibility with most browsers, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Apple iOS, and Android.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
