The goal is to facilitate wayfinding for visitors and offer prospective students the ability to preview the campus experience remotely through a virtual tour.

The required solution must be a commercially available product, specifically developed for higher education, offering a combined experience of digital campus mapping and interactive virtual tours. Key features should include keyboard navigable interactive maps, a tour builder CMS allowing for the addition of tour stop descriptions, media (such as narration, photos, and videos), as well as lead generation forms that can integrate with CRM systems via API, webhook, or secure export. The platform should also permit the inclusion of external navigation buttons and links to important campus resources, the ability to display events on the map, and a CMS or administration dashboard for managing events, users, and media. Compatibility with leading web browsers and mobile operating systems is required, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, iOS, and Android.
