(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based integrated command and control visualization system. • Design, procurement, integration, and deployment of a state–of–the–art Command and Control (C2) visualization solution. • Implement a unified system capable of seamlessly distributing and displaying heterogeneous, real–time data and video sources across seven critical operational areas and conference rooms. • Web–Based Content: Webpages featuring live streaming video and dynamic data feeds. • Enhancing real–time situational awareness, streamlining operational decision–making, and improving overall efficiency within the security environment by consolidating critical information onto adaptable display platforms. • Video Management Systems (VMS): Genetec Workstations (Dedicated feeds from specific VMS clients). • Centralized Management: Intuitive, user–friendly control software/hardware for managing all inputs, outputs, layouts, and pre–sets from a single interface. • Scalability: The architecture must allow for future expansion of both input sources and output displays without requiring a full system overhaul.
