(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based integrated AI and ERP solution.– Provide an integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution software.– An integrated AI and ERP solutions software platform to agency on a license fee basis, including ongoing updates, training and feature enhancements.– Provide an online portal for easy access to information, proactive updates throughout processes.– Increase data collection and business intelligence for agency operations.– Reduce process complexity, software training times, and manual data entry requirements of staff.– Provide seamless integration of data across systems allowing users to view, search, and modify external system data.– Web based portals for staff, applications, landlords and current clients.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
