(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based hosted disaster recovery and backup solution.– Provide a hosted disaster recovery and backup solution for agency as an agent for its component districts and districts that may cross contract with agency.– Mobile applications for android and iPhone to manage backups on the go.– Provide dedicated storage capacity to the district.– Provide automated proactive problem identification and resolution.– All services must utilize web–based management.– Provide point in time data restoration versioning for office 365 and google apps.– Provide encrypted file and data transfer in transit to cloud using 256–bit or better– Provide backup of virtual machines to a local device, the cloud, or both.– Provide database and open file protection.– Provide a comprehensive solution to include all appliances, installation and configuration, training and support.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
