It must be compatible with leading internet browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and offer installation and training assistance at each school location. Key requirements include secure login, role-based access controls, a permanent access log for student files, and automated billing tools for programs such as the Billing Option Program (BOP).

Additional features should include customizable dashboards, robust reporting tools and templates, and data validation capabilities for student and insurance information.
