(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based healthcare billing solution.– Implement a turn–key full service web based medical billing services to create a uniform system.– Provide pricing that includes the cost of the software, maintenance, customer support, project management, training and implementation.– Capable of being used by the following internet browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.– Costs must include all itemized costs related to the implementation of a complete turn–key solution, updates, installation and implementation in the pricing.– Provide training and installation assistance for each school.– Provide live customer support during regular school hours.– Provides secure login, role–based access, and a permanent record of who accessed student files.– System has automated tools to capture and bill for eligible services, including Billing Option Program (BOP).– Availability of customizable dashboards, reporting tools and templates.– Includes data validation features including student information, insurance information.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
