(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based health insurance discovery and eligibility verification platform.– Provide an integrated workflow approach to insurance discovery and eligibility verification with the following key functionality.– The solution must have both manual discovery interfaces as well as demonstrated capacity for direct integration.– Real–time eligibility verification for medicaid, medicare, and commercial payers.– For self–pay, uninsured, unknown insurance clients, use real–time query of national databases to search for primary and secondary health insurance coverage.– Provide API integration with Electronic Health Record (EHR), as prescribed and assistance with API development with other software.– Desired or developed app development for seamless connection to vendor platform and services without going outside of the EHR.– Maintain a cloud–based portal for on–demand eligibility and discovery for users.– Ability to automate insurance discovery during initial eligibility screening and determination at the point of application.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
