The City of Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based growth management forecasting solution delivered as a fully hosted SaaS platform. This solution must include all necessary data storage, traffic handling, security, ongoing support, and maintenance as part of the supplier's responsibilities.

Key requirements for the solution include robust API and web services support for automated data retrieval and seamless bi-directional integration with other municipal applications.
