A public entity in North Carolina is seeking a vendor for the development and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS). The project requires the creation of GIS solutions utilizing the ArcGIS Platform, with applications that are accessible on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The selected vendor will be responsible for importing, converting, and georeferencing existing CAD drawings into the new GIS platform.
