A vendor is sought to provide a web-based, off-the-shelf facility rental management system featuring both administrative and public-facing modules. The system should include a calendar view for displaying real-time availability, enable the setting of multiple administrators with full permissions, and support conflict detection, recurring bookings, and blackout dates.

The solution must have a responsive design meeting WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards to ensure usability for all users, including those on mobile devices. Integration with SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) for GSCS user logins is required, and the system should be optimized for web performance. Service-level agreements for support and maintenance, including a patching schedule and the provision of training resources, are also required.

This contract will cover a three-year period.
