(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based electronic medical record and financial accounting system.– Implement a web–based web solution that will enable the county to manage its electronic medical records and financial accounting system on one platform.– Provide the ability to import and export information either directly or by downloading and uploading data.– Ability to manage admissions, discharges and transfers with pre–admissions and bed holds.– Automated drug utilization review with drug interaction validation and duplicate therapy alerts.– ePrescribing Module to approve and send narcotic orders and discharge orders to retail pharmacies electronically.– Prescriber Mobile Application is an intuitive and streamlined prescriber mobile application which will drive increased prescriber engagement and collaboration with the clinical team.– Solution that includes order reconciliation and scheduling, and integration with the electronic medication administration record and the electronic treatment administration record.– 24–Hour Reporting Module to maintain critical communications between shifts.– Ability to manually trigger entries to the 24–Hour Report throughout the system.– Dashboard notifications that provide alerts when accidents and incidents are logged, need review or escalated to management.– Online entry of progress notes with ability to save drafts and add corrections with audit trail.– Revenue Cycle Management Module to maximize reimbursement and optimize cash flow.– Centralized Billing Processing Module that provides easy and automated month end close.– Exception based workflow module that monitors cash flow and manages your business efficiently.– Automated Workflow Module that provides many automated processes within revenue cycle management to eliminate redundancies and manual tasks.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
