(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based electronic health record solution.– Electronic health record and billing and payment management system (EHR) system that will meet the evolving needs of the health services division, including our immunization clinic services, home visiting services, and nutrition services.– EHR must be a fully integrated, user–friendly and efficient system capable of tracking, documenting, storing all actions from the first client interaction through the completion of the billing process.– Routine vaccines for all ages.– Tuberculosis screening.– Pop–up immunization clinics throughout the county, throughout the year, for routine and seasonal Vaccines.– Migration of records from current system to the new system.– System must provide logging and audit capabilities.– Ability to apply role–based access to staff, with the ability to customize access to fit within the definitions of our employees’ job descriptions.– Secure client portal to access records, including immunization records and to be able to complete forms, schedule appointment and communicate with care team members.– Ability to scan and attach files to individual client charts.– Ability to merge duplicate records.– Ability to document consents, release of information, services rendered, narrative notes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
