(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based e–procurement solution software to track contracts throughout every step of the procurement process. Other objectives include the ability to data share within the agency, provide electronic contract housing, and communicate current status of project requests electronically. • Self–service Supplier registration • Automated Supplier notifications and published plan holders list • Solicitation management services • Receipt of sealed electronic submissions • Solicitations (RFP/RFQ) evaluation processes • Project and Management Reporting • Contract Compliance, and • Contract Management – Data Import / Export / Retention Requirements – The Contractor must provide the following as part of the services or as professional services: • Include a mutually–agreed–upon data migration plan to import historical City data into the contractor’s system. The plan should include: inventory of data to be converted, data mapping, secure method of data transfer, validation and testing by City staff. • Provide data mapping best practices between old system and new system.
