DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide a web-based data visualization tool using a commercial product such as Esri, Microsoft Power BI, or another appropriate web-based application. The tool must include a data-entry interface for future submissions, incorporate new data into an existing database, enable users to query the database, display results onscreen, and export outputs as common graphic and spreadsheet files, including JPG, PDF, CSV, and XLSX formats.
The work will include reviewing the current Excel spreadsheet and the Clear Roads Annual Survey of State Winter Maintenance Data. The vendor will survey Clear Roads member states to identify needs and preferences for improving winter maintenance data reporting, calculations, and graphics.
The vendor will recommend the data displays, maps, and dashboards to be included in the beta version of the tool, including any proposed changes to the data collected. The final version will incorporate previous years' data, beta tester feedback, and suggested revisions, along with an accompanying user guide. Questions must be submitted by September 15, 2026.
