(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based data telematics software. • Provide a cellphone data software solution capable of delivering detailed analytics on visitors to various city location; parks, golf courses, business, and other locations. • Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly visitor counts for locations throughout the City and surrounding areas. • Analysis of visitors by home zip code. • Analysis of business frequented by visitors after leaving the parks, and other city locations (e.g., coffee, shops, restaurants, gas stations). • Ability to provide data for other locations. • Provide ongoing technical support and customer service. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
