(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based customer billing, payment and engagement solution.– For an electronic payment receipt system to process customer payments through various channels for the county water resources department; to accept on–line credit card payments, e–checks, mobile, text, digital wallet, and retail payment solutions; and bill print, mail services, and bill redesign to afford the county an opportunity to generate revenue, customer portal to enable customers with self–service, live chat, chatbot, bill view and comparison solution options, communication management feature to communicate with customers using multiple communication options.– Providing online, interactive voice response, a simple–to–use, web–based system that allows for managing end users credit and debit card, autopay with credit cards, and e–check payment processing for other utilities and government customers, and mobile application (APP) that will be available for download in the android and apple store. – The mobile app will be hosted and maintained by the proposer and will include county’s logo in the mobile app.
