A vendor is sought to provide web-based learning solutions supporting Crucial Learning curricula in Maryland. The scope includes access to authorized online relationship awareness assessments, as well as a secure, web-based platform for storing, consolidating, managing, and reporting assessment results.

Additionally, the vendor will supply digital learning resources, reference materials, and performance support tools aligned with Crucial Learning programs. Instructor certification or facilitator development programs must be included to enable internal personnel to deliver Crucial Learning content. The learning solutions should be accessible via virtual instructor-led training and/or online self-paced modules.
