An agency in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide, implement, and conduct training on a hosted web-based contract and labor compliance software solution. The software must enable tracking, validation, and secure storage of contractor Section 3 labor hours and certified payroll records. It should support the electronic submission of certified payroll and Section 3 labor hour data from contractors and subcontractors, and allow secure electronic signatures from authorized personnel certifying payroll reports.

The system is required to integrate seamlessly with the agency's website and related web applications. Additional features include the ability to attach comments and internal notes to records, maintain federal and state prevailing wage rates including fringe benefits and trade classifications, and generate form letters addressing non-compliance with prescribed corrective action steps. The contract for this service will be for a one-year period. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 26, 2025.
