Vendor needs to provide web–based computer–assisted legal research solution. • Requires customizable, vendor provided, legal document search software and database application • Web–based access to the Contractor’s General Legal Research system from Government owned and provided Personal Computer (PC) workstations and laptops, without the need to install software. • Provide a capability for user customizable alerts delivered to a user’s email that monitor topics • System shall provide users with an ability to save, organize, index, and retrieve documents for easy research management and the ability to print, download, and email documents • System shall allow users to access Board decision text documents and PDF based regulation documents with specified search criteria derived from associated metadata files paired to each decision/regulation • Ability to recall to the screen the previous search expression entered by the user, modify the search, and execute the modified search expression, or base a search on the result of a prior search. • Helpdesk technical support to address database issues, user access issues and other Board request includes a support option for user questions (either live voice, email or via chat service).
