An organization in Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based Command Human Resources Intelligence System (CHRIS). The scope of services includes system administration, installation, maintenance, sustainment, and ongoing development of both the software and hardware components that support CHRIS, a business intelligence platform.

The vendor will be responsible for designing, constructing, and supporting a scalable Oracle-based data warehouse. Responsibilities also cover administering system security and logins, optimizing database performance, performing routine system backups, and managing restoration processes as needed.

Additional duties include administering the Business Objects (BO) environment, developing and maintaining reporting instances, managing user security, and creating and modifying universes and corporate reports to support business decision-making. The vendor is also expected to provide configuration management, maintain hardware and software inventories, and deliver end-user support, including account management and troubleshooting.
