The State of Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based case management system (CMS) designed to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve the user experience for staff members, clients, and partners. The desired solution should offer intuitive intake workflows, robust dashboards, and reporting features that support both field staff and management in making informed decisions, boosting productivity, and increasing accountability.

Key functionalities include efficient capture of client demographic, medical, and employment history; digital signature and approval capabilities for required documentation; and maintenance of a directory for community and vocational resources. The system should support tracking of service referrals, provider interactions, and service outcomes, while equipping caseworkers with tools to better advocate for client needs. Comprehensive client records management must adhere to regulations such as RSA, ADA, FERPA, and HIPAA, with real-time audit trails to ensure data integrity and security.

Additional requirements include secure document upload, version control, automated reminders for progress reviews, milestone evaluations, compliance reporting, performance analytics, automated case routing and approvals, and role-based access controls.
