An organization in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based aviation data solution. The solution should be an off-the-shelf, subscription-based platform that aggregates key aviation datasets and enhances operational analytics and decision-making. The platform must offer an integrated, user-friendly interface, allowing all datasets to be accessed and managed within a single system.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a solution capable of generating, saving, sharing, and scheduling custom reports, with the ability to download reports in CSV and XLS formats. The engagement includes both initial and ongoing technical support, as well as training for at least fifteen users. User onboarding sessions are required during the initial setup and whenever new users join the platform. Ongoing technical assistance will be provided to address any access or data-related issues following implementation.
