(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based aviation data solution. – Provide an off–the–shelf web–based solution for an aviation data subscription, currently in use. – Enhance operational analytics and decision–making by accessing key aviation datasets from a single, user–friendly platform with easy integration. • Integration: All datasets must be accessible within a single platform. • Reporting: Capability to generate, save, share, and schedule custom reports as needed; reports must be downloadable in CSV and XLS formats. • Training & Support: Initial and ongoing training and technical support as needed. • Implementation: Platform access setup and data allocation of at least fifteen (15) user license. • Training: Conduct user onboarding sessions at initial setup and whenever new users are added to the platform. • Support: Provide technical assistance post–implementation for any access and data issues.
