(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based automated parking guidance system.– The design, supply, installation, programming, testing, and maintenance of the necessary hardware and software system for parking sensors, electronic signage, and web–based portal or mobile application.– Improve parking operations by providing accurate, real–time parking availability data through a mobile application and web–based portal.– Mobile application and web–based portal for parking searches shall conveniently display the BEP’s real–time parking availability on a map.– The web–based portal and mobile application shall be at a minimum, secured with a strong authentication and password requirement and have an option for multi–factor authentication.– A free, dedicated, and secured mobile application (iOS and Android) and web browser (mobile compatible) interface that does not require any Personal Identifiable Information (PII).– Provide a centralized management system for monitoring and reporting parking utilization.– Ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance for the hardware and software being utilized.– Reduce the time, carbon emission and eliminate or reduce the stress associated with automobiles when driving around to find a suitable and available parking space.
