(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based assessment platform.– Web–based developmental, strengths–based assessments to help individuals, managers, and teams identify and understand their talents and strengths to maximize potential and performance.– The web–based platform should allow for different ways of understanding and interpreting individual and collective data.– Web access to a strengths–based report, listing talents or traits specific to the participant, how to use those talents or traits effectively, and how this talent or trait may be a hinderance.– Web–based platform allowing for self–paced learning and development post–report.– Web–based platform that allows participants with different learning styles to explore resources such as articles, descriptive explanations and activities for understanding the talents and traits held by others.– Web–based platform that allows for action plans to be created and monitored for individuals and teams.– Web–based platform that allows multiple users (minimum of thirteen seats) to have access to backend system administration, including ability to manage participant accounts and troubleshooting.– Web–based and live technical support for the web–based platform.– Web–based platform must be secure and accessible for ADA compliance and multi–language support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
