(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based accessibility application solution. • Agency seeking an application that can provide speech–to–text, text–to–speech, and word prediction functions. • Text–to–speech to include: Websites, PDFs, Microsoft Word, Google Applications • Applications shall support mobile technology including but not limited to the specific mobile devices currently used in (iOS, Chromebooks, and Android Platforms) • Accessibility Applications shall allow for, Azure Active Directory or LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) as a method of authentication and authorization • Accessibility Applications will provide a secure, web–based system for data in transit and at rest. • Accessibility Applications shall allow to send requests for an alteration of the digital content via email or web–based forms embedded in the digital content. • PDF Reader – embedded within Chrome and Edge • Browsers – Google Chrome 140.x or above; Microsoft Edge 140.x or above • LTI integration as a Tool Provider (TP) with our LMS (Learning Management Systems) Solution (Schoology)
