An agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based accessibility application solution designed to enhance digital accessibility for a range of users. The required solution must offer robust speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and word prediction functionalities. Text-to-speech features should be compatible with websites, PDFs, Microsoft Word, and Google applications.

The application must support a variety of mobile devices and platforms, including iOS, Chromebooks, and Android. Authentication and authorization should be compatible with Azure Active Directory or LDAP systems to ensure secure user access. Security is a priority, with the need to safeguard data both in transit and at rest.

Additional requirements include the ability to submit requests for digital content modification via embedded email or web-based forms.
