(1) Vendor needs to provide web and cloud–based school lottery and placement management system. The system must streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide an equitable and transparent enrolment experience for families and staff. Provide a web–based School Lottery and Placement Management System capable of supporting student placement decisions for transfers and school choice programs. The solution must be web–based, cloud–hosted, and require no local installation. It must support single–district and multi–campus configurations, with role–based access for district administrators, campus staff, and authorized users. The family–facing interface must be intuitive and mobile–responsive, as well as configurable without vendor intervention for routine changes. The system must support multilingual family access, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and offer backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity protections. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026.
