(1) Vendor needs to provide web ADA compliance project assessment services.– Conduct an accessibility assessment of agency digital ecosystem to evaluate compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.– Full review of every digital asset, this effort will involve a representative sample audit of public–facing websites, internal sites, data applications, and digital content to identify common accessibility issues and develop prioritized recommendations for remediation in alignment with requirements.– Review primary agency website – Review public facing sites (up to 12 sites)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
